“And we’ve been best friends ever since!”
(I guess someone had to make all the bad decisions before Magie was hired.)
Happy birthday, Captain Cerise!
Today marks the first anniversary of Cosmic-Wanderers! I want to thank you all for sticking with me through my learning curves, slow updates, and unexpected hiatuses (The past few months have been a competition between my holiday blues and understaffed job to see which can devour my soul the fastest, and I apologize for going dark).
This blog has been a wonderful experience for me. I’ve learned so much in the past year of drawing, and I’ve made so many friends in the Starbound community. My new schedule doesn’t offer me all the free time I had when I started, but I’m still trying to keep the content coming. Thank you again for all of the support, reblogs, and kind words!
Here’s to all the years (and snuggets) yet to come!
Hello again! Best Holiday is here at last!
I have a small treat for all you tricksters: A short story about a (relatively average) night lost in the woods on an unfamiliar planet. It’s a mix of horror and romantic fluff, with plenty of bed sharing, comforting, and ax-wielding clown monsters.
Content Warnings:
Magie’s campfire story has mentions of needles/injections, medical experimentation, torture, stalking, murder, and dismemberment (Top of the first page until the bolded “Right there!” 3/4ths through). The rest contains a dismemberment scene (End of page 10), a vague mention of Boston’s backstory trauma (Center of page 9), a constant theme of being chased/hunted, and, of course, a killer clown.
It’s been a while since the girls made an appearance on their own blog. Why not let them in on the Halloween fun too?
Those of you wondering where the other two are will have to wait for Halloween! ;D
