Even family, friends and trusted neighbors, in a crises, can quickly become a dangerous gamble.
“Every battle is won, or lost, before it is ever fought.” ― Sun Tzu, The Art of War. This well-known quote refers to the preparation, positioning, and planning that make the difference in the success or failure - prepare and plan well in advance - be ready - be prepared. Are you? It's finally happened . . . The worst has occurred. The grid has gone down. The balloon has gone up. While you were one of the "smart ones" who believes in preparing yourself and your family to survive the coming collapse, your neighbors and fellow townsfolk were clueless. And now the world looks much different than yesterday morning when they woke up. Additionally, the Societal Loads of this world, the lazy and irresponsible, want others to take care of them instead of taking care of themselves. This is one of the biggest problems in the world. Not that we shouldn't care for others but when there's a complete lack of trying, on their part, they have brought it on themselves. Offer them the tools/knowledge to prepare for themselves, not your supplies. Your neighbors; the ones you felt a certain comfort being around, now start to look different. Fear creeps in, supplies run low, and the people you thought you knew start acting in ways that catch you off guard. Even the most trustworthy neighbor might begin to see your stockpile as their salvation. Even family, friends and trusted neighbors, in a crises, can quickly become a dangerous gamble. What will Non-Preppers be forced to face when SHTF?
They will look outside and only see darkness
The family is complaining of being hungry and thirsty all the time
The toilet is smelling up the house
Water is unavailable or contaminated
There is no access to 911 or an ambulance
Fires are burning uncontrolled
Marauders going house to house looting, smashing, and burning
They feel unsafe at home
There is no place to escape to
Traveling outside the home becomes too dangerous
They will be forced to scavenge for food, water, supplies
They will have to compete with others doing the same thing
Fighting between the unprepared will happen over resources
They lack survival skills for basic needs (shelter, water, fire)
Some will break their moral boundaries to survive (steal, injure)
They might be herded into FEMA Camps by the government
