Lately there have been a lot of things that are non-problems getting blown WAY out of proportion, like “manspreading” it’s not an actual problem cause most guys are only sitting with the knees about shoulder width apart, which is the least amount of space they can take up, the only people who actually sit with their legs that far apart are trolls and a-holes, have you ever tried sitting with your legs as far apart as the trolls do, it’s super uncomfortable.
Another one that popped up was some woman who said that an airport having lines outside the women’s restroom, but not the men’s, was sexist, no it’s not, it’s just that women take more time because there are fewer toilets than a men’s restroom, women also tend to go with others, men go alone. It’s not sexist, it’s just the differences between men and women at work. And none of that “men don’t wash their hands” crap men do wash their hands, the only ones who don’t are the guys who don’t touch anything, cause they go “hands free”(they’re the reason men’s restrooms are dirty)
One thing that most people will recognize is the thermostat in offices, some psychos ACTUALLY think that having the A/C on cold is sexist, I hinestly have no idea how they could possibly think this, it’s like anti-vaxxer logic, in that there is none. Like seriously, cold is better, cause you can always add another layer, but you can only take off so much when it’s hot, and everyone loves jackets, sweaters, and blankets so why get so mad.
I think another is men leering at women, don’t get me wrong, it DOES happen, but I think sometimes women just don’t get one thing, guys can just shut off their brains and think about nothing, they might just happen to be looking at you and not realize it, for some guys when they do this their eyes just roam about, looking at everything, again, they might just look at you.
