The Sopranos + Philosophy = Thesis?

Classics major Florencia F. writes to inform us of a fantastic real life, genuine, bona fide article title that comes pretty close to blowing my mind.  To set the stage, this title comes from Richard Greene and Peter Vernezze's The Sopranos and Philosophy: I Kill Therefore I Am (Popular Culture and Philosophy) (Open Court Press, 2004).

Pretty good so far, right?  I know!  And the title itself doesn't disappoint.  Ladies and gentlemen, the University of Arizona's Mike Lippman presents...

I Wrote a Computer Science Poem

Admittedly, this isn’t a rejected thesis title, nor does it really have all that much to do with Computer Science, BUT I wrote it in a class and I’m proud of it for no particular reason, so I thought I would share it with you all here in order to show some love to the sciences that I’ve been largely neglecting on this blog (it’s for lack of knowledge of the vocabulary and discourse, I swear, it’s not out of disinterest or malice!). And so, without further ado, my CompSci poem: I sit editing a .txt file On a drab dreary day. It has no formatted style - That isn't .txt's way. I ask "Why, dear txt file, are you so dull?" "It could be worse," txt says, "I could be null."
