If I remember correctly (I probably don’t), Frankenstein’s seal had been released at that point. He cares…less about the others after the seal’s been broken.
Frankenstein had released it, yep. On the other hand, Rai’s still is in that group, and I figure Frankenstein is partially in a protective rage so there’s one part of him that’s making sure Rai doesn’t need to use his powers (and maybe that’s why Frankenstein ended up so FAR in the previous chapter) and if Rai DID get hurt or had to use his powers while Frankenstein is like this, he would get...worse.
Or maybe I’m over thinking and it probably is Frankenstein doesn’t care as much right now and is more intent on ripping the hell out of Maur.

Which was kinda interesting for me seeing how differently M-21's reacting to Takeo and Tao and how defensive he is about his name, but yeah, Takeo and Tao don't have the same background as him anymore and just- *waves hand*
'Oh, our teammates are named after a fish and an object, so a letter and number doesn't even blip on our radar.'
Like, Takeo and Tao KNOW about the codenames and scientists naming their modified humans whatever they want, but steampunk!Takeo and steampunk!Tao don't, so M-21's stuck being the outsider, aware that his name isn't 'normal' and it's attention grabbing.
