Some little translock things for you:

Sherlock not liking and feeling comfortable with sex, and maybe part of it’s because he’s ace, or maybe he’s ace he’s not really sure, but part of it’s because he’s not comfortable enough with his parts for that.

Sherlock hating when John calls him beautiful, because he’s not beautiful he’s handsome, and beautiful is usually associated as a feminine term and he’s not he’s NOT.

Sherlock trying to pick his new name, and his parents and Mycroft suggesting names, and one day he announces that his name is Sherlock, and they all get this weird look like where the fuck did that come from is that even a name?

Sherlock finding John, and knowing he might be trans, not because of his deductions but because he recognizes the signs he himself felt.

Sherlock not mentioning this to John, because he may not recognize social boundaries but this is something John has to figure out on his own.

Sherlock telling John he’s trans, not because he has to or because John accidentally found out, but because he can and he wants to and he trusts John enough.

John asking later if Sherlock knew John was trans before and Sherlock shrugging and not really saying anything because he didn’t know, not really, you can’t just know that about somebody else, at most he knew it was a possibility.
