💔 - Their first heartbreak?
Chrom might've pissed off a childhood crush; either being rude to a fellow noble, being a little misogynist to girl who doesn't take it well, or simply missing out on signs due to being oblivious...especially when told later. As a sidenote, heartbreak doesn't really 'expire' with him- if feelings are hurt, they're hurt, doesn't matter if it happened 'years ago', or one sidedly in secret. And, his heart will break with you.
Chrom is definitely Robin's first heartbreak to memory, but any or all of the male shepherds count. He kind of does it to himself though, with the internalized homophobia. He's still dealing with all of these, basically. (Only way out is to plot a ship; I'll RP an earlier verse Robin if needed, his default is just kinda, postgame and lonely musings wise.) As we know though, Chrom's the only one that gets locked out after some time; the rest can choose to stay single and actually might have a better chance.
There's about 3 flavors of first heartbreak with Felix. He's been kissed by a boy who never really spoke with him again after becoming the talk of the school. (Coincidentally didn't attend formal school after that year.)
Mocha is his first adult, relationship heartbreak.
