Izou watched the large, horned oni curiously. He kept his sword raised just in case despite knowing deep down there was no way he could actually stand up to a real oni in a fight. But he was still not about to show he was afraid. He was a manslayer and a genius with the sword! He never showed fear to an opponent before so why would this be any different.
But there was something about the oni’s aura that made Izou think he was not about to get himself killed just yet.
