Put a cold wet cloth on your forehead and lie down, thats what i usually do, maybe sleep would help as well

I haven’t gotten much sleep recently and that combined with very little water probably ruins everything

Yea sure! I think it was something like, the calcium in milk is good but its not proven that your bones actually absorb it?? Idk if that makes sense but bone clacking itself is not bad, but make sure to see a doctor if it starts hurting :0

Tbh i drink lots of milk / dairy things but my bones still crack as hell? I really feel what you mean when every movement is just CLACK KNACK but its not necessaryly bc of milk (i remember its not even proven that its healthy for your bones? Idk)
