Your latest comic was so hot it melted me to goo. Since then I keep thinking about a scenario of like the first time Stan realized Ford was assaulting him in his sleep.

The physical sensations of what Ford’s doing invades Stan’s dreams and turns them into nightmares about times in the past he was raped. Very unpleasant and distressing for him and kind of scares Stan awake.

But he wakes up slowly and groggy and the very first thing he feels is relief because he remembers he’s at Ford’s house now, so nothing like that will ever happen to him again. He’s safe from it now.

…The second thing he registers is that the sensation of sex hasn’t disappeared with the nightmare?

Stan wakes up fully and opens his eyes to Ford on top of him, sweaty and panting and fucking into Stan like he’s experiencing nirvana.

And the third thing Stan feels is the icy cold of shock and betrayal and fear, because no, not again. Except yes again. But this time it’s not malicious strangers or ‘friends’ it’s someone he loves and trusted.

Stan thinking in the beginning that he’s safe with Ford from all the horrors he experienced on the streets. Thinking at least with Ford he has a break from all the abuse and the assault. Only to wake up and realize he’s back in the same position.

Maybe it means he was just meant to be used and abused. It’s all he’s good for.
