Just figured I’d let you know that it has been two months one week and four days since I last ran.
This garbage winter weather (60 in February?? In Minnesota? WTF) is making skiing challenging. Those nights I don’t make it out to ski I should probably run, but at this point I’m afraid I’d get hurt. Best to just rest and recover before the Birkie in less than two weeks (I hope).
Maybe I can be a very casual runblr starting after that.
