This is one of those tools that I didn't know I needed in my kitchen until I received one for Christmas about a year ago. It makes chopping and shedding SO much easier! I even buy the super big jars of pickles and chop my own pickle chips with it. It saves money and it's easy to do! If you don't have a mandolin, you need one.
