Tiny thing I immediately noticed while looking through the old niwlun site for the hundredth time:

It looks like the covers for Nookicky's first two albums (and by extension, one of the characters on the cover of Water Sinker), were inspired by a pair of vintage animal plushies in Full's "Strange Doll Collection"; a panda and a cat.
