A fusion of my Rose Pearl and @noonesarts Apricot Agate

With both of their components having trouble with fusion, one might think that Rhodocrosite would be unstable. Instead, they are calm, gentle, and self-assured. They recognize and embrace their inner strengths while being empowered to examine and work on their weaknesses as one.

16. What does your OC smell like?

Honestly I haven’t gotten close enough to find out BUT I assume Monaco’s probably got the eau d’blood n’ leather going on, know that coppery twinge that hits you right at the back of the jaw when you smell it, combined with the odd musty odor of a well worn leather jacket (and he does wear the hell out of his leather jacket until he ruins it with those spikes of his~). Possibly also a lil bit’a BO since he doesn’t often have access to a shower xD

OH but if you’re asking this about his pre-transform self, he def smells like a hipster probably; Starbucks hot chocolate/pumkin spice frappe (bc he’s weak and can’t do normal coffee) and/or old bookstore~

19. What kind of music do they listen to? Do they have a favorite song?

OH GOODNESS okay uhh, So Monaco used to listen to a whole lot of pop when he was young to Fit In™ and he actually did like some of it (he’s a die-hard fan of Taylor Swift lmao) but he hid his interest in metal/hard rock for fear of being judged. Of course after turning into this strange creature tho he became more confident in himself and his appearance sooo he took a lot of inspiration from some of his fave rock bands to create the look you see him wear most often now (black leather everything, belt, boots etc.)

Overall I’d say I successfully projected my music taste onto him (with some variation) >:3c He’s into Pop Evil, Shinedown, Slipknot, Pearl Jam, STP, Nonpoint, Egypt Central etc. He’s an actual late 2000′s emo child and takes himself way too seriously so his favorite song is probably ‘Sound of Madness’ by Shinedown~ (the songs that inspire me about him are way different though! Songs like ‘Carnivore’ and ‘Monster’ by Starset are some obvious ones, ‘Devil in I’ and ‘Duality’ by Slipknot are some others, most songs don’t fit him to a t lyric wise but usually the mood of the song is what I go for ^^)

47. Can your character draw? What do they like to draw? Do they doodle?

Ha-HA he does indeed! He was a 2D Studio Art major (BFA program) when he was still a smol non-fangy anxiety ridden college student |D He took a liking to fantasy art after reading several book series of the same genre. He’d often draw dragons, gryphons, werewolves, etc. and occasionally conceptualize other mythological beings and cryptids (mothman was his fave lmao). Of course I have to mention he made several characters of his own (CHARACTER-CEPTION |D) that were essentially him but as whatever favorite creature he wanted to be. He abandons this though early on, feeling ashamed of his self-inserts~

Also he drew the anime for a while but that was also frowned upon. Basically he gave up art after his failed attempt at college and now can’t even hold a pencil quite right due to those inconvenient steak knives attached to his fingers xD
