it seems like it was a comic of 2 mains, Herk and Freakus, unfortunately I still can't find what all of this is about (due to not owning his sketchbooks stuff (im broke asf), BUT, these guys have some similarity to the other 2 guys from the animated short "Koghead and Meatus". (and Freakus is the noodled head, tall one too.. heh...)
