Goodneighbor was one of those places where you either loved it or hated it. It was a marvel how such a chaotic mess was able to function, let along behave like a town. It was filled to the brim with criminals and rejects, many sharing a disdain for Diamond City.
In times like these when Silas needed to make a stop someplace like this, he dressed appropriately for the part. There was no way in hell he was entering Goodneighbor in a Vault 23 jumpsuit unless he was looking to get into trouble. Instead, he opted for a somewhat tattered black suit he found some time ago while scavenging. Like every other time he’s out and about, the only slightest hint towards his identity was the Pip-Boy strapped to his arm.
Silas didn’t care much for Goodneighbor. While the Memory Den was a fascinating building, criminals often brought trouble to his doorstep. But he had heard of a pretty good repair shop here, so perhaps he could get some of his smaller equipment for his job within Vault 23 looked at.
Which brought him to the little shop near the Memory Den, with a sack of equipment in hand. Stepping to the doorway, he spoke, “Hello? Are you open? I was wondering if I could have a few things looked at.”
