i have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow, and idek how to do it

i’mma whine underneath the cut it’s totally cool to ignore it it just helps me to post things like this bc then i can’t ignore them later

do i play like everything’s cool and all is right with the world since for the most part most of the time my meds are doing their job and any kind of messing with them is likely to fuck me over way more

or do i be honest and be like well, yes, my meds work, but i still am spending a good portion of every day fighting off stupid existentialist thoughts that apparently just love lazily meandering through my mind and i am pretty sure that is not normal? also most people probably don’t feel sad and quiet and with the hot press of tears building behind their eyes with no actual discernible cause, at least not on this regular of a basis.

or do i NOT do that, since there is all of this other stuff fucking with me atm and probably affecting my judgement in all sorts of awful ways

or do i NOT not do that, bc that is depression’s mo, right, make you blame everything else for its fuckery

or do i just pretend to scream into my pillow and reheat leftovers and play inquisition until i no longer feel like the worst most selfish and self-centered person in the world and/or i am so tired my eyes keep shutting on their own.

that is also an option.
