Being Nordic really fucks with your brain in the winter because wdym I had a "That's no moon" moment today
I was driving home from work and glanced up to the sky-
"Huh, the moon's quite bright and big today."
"...Wait a minute, isn't the next full moon two weeks away?"
*a moment of confusion*
"OH SHIT THAT'S THE SUN?"
(Fellas it's been so long that I've seen the actual celestial body of the Sun, and not just a coy glimpse of it, that I almost got emotional about it. Sure, there's been a sunny day here and there, but the Sun hangs so low during the winter that you barely see it, and only for a moment during the shortest days.)
