#Orisunsister is always right on time. Thank you ladies for coming out & connecting, sharing and healing with me and eachother. Thank you thank you thank you to my wonderful co-host @healingwriter for sharing your passionate and loving dedication to healing and self-love of the community. Today was amazing -- We decided to have this sister circle in the daytime because we knew we would be diving deep...deep we dove. I was definately reminded on where I needed to grow and heal in my relationships. I was reminded of codependent traits I inherited my my matriarchs but the conversation I had with this WONDERFUL group made me realize I was not alone in the work of restructuring our perspective so we can healing and self-satisfying relationships with ourselves and others. __ If you could not make it today but want to learn more about codependency and how to dismantle its debilating effects on your life, @healingwriter is leading group consuming sessions dedicated to codependent recovery starting in May.
