Norlyn (secondary Matriarch): Attending to the responsibilities of an entire enclave in-person is a proposition too cumbersome for someone as advanced in years as the Venmare enclave's Matriarch, so she's hired Norlyn for the less critical tasks; so far the delegating effort has been a successful one.
