; after an earthquake
Yesterday, at 11:46 PM, a devastating earthquake struck.
Right now, it's 14:22, in the early afternoon of the next day. Akise Aru woke up from the debris in which he was buried for the first time. Scarlet eyes shifted from right to left, taking in the unfortunate situation he found himself in. There was no pain, which could either be very good, or very bad. In this particular case, Akise settled for very good. He wiggled his toes, a task that was surprisingly easy to accomplish. His hands both felt fine, though they too, were buried.
The only part of him not buried under the thin layer of roof was his face and his chest. He could breath, he could see. Most of him was undamaged. Right, he had nothing to worry about for now.
Wait-
That pink hair. It couldn't be...
But it was. Of course. Even if an earthquake hit and everything was buried, there was no way Gasai-san would surrender her life. Akise looked up at the pink haired girl who crossed by him. She was not buried under anything and fully mobile. If she was to attack, then could he get out of the way in time with all of these rocks sitting on him? "Gasai-san." Akise smiled, because if would not make any differences either way. If Yuno Gasai wanted to take someone out, she wouldn't stop no matter if she was greeted with a smile or a puddle of tears. "Care to help?" He nodded at the piece of roof covering his arm.
Asking for help from the enemy. Of course he would. Desperate time calls for desperate measure.
