This is for all of my AFAB friends. We're normalizing periods!

On a scale from one to ten, how awful is your period? Mine is a seven. Medium to heavy flow, cramps for the first few days, but I know that it's way worse for others.

However it is, you got this. Stay strong, stay healthy, and just know that you can make it through.
