The second storm we've had in two weeks is finally back up on my side of the mountain.
If anyone was hit by the storms or tornado outbreak that you're doing okay, and if you're dealing with flood warnings now like I am that you make it through the night safely. If anyone is currently in Florida or the surrounding area facing Hurricane Michael, be careful and stay safe. The last I heard is that it's up to a Cat 5, so do what you need to do to stay out of harm's way.
I'm not sure if the storm is going to be as bad as the last one, since we had reports of a tornado touchdown and the National Weather Service is or has apparently come into my area to investigate since tornadoes are rare and almost unheard of here. So, fingers crossed that nothing like that comes up again.
On my way to the game, hope I don’t freeze to death.
