It's the coldest day of the year, wind chill puts us at -10°F. And my heater went kaput.
My landlord is out of the country on a world cruise, no hvac company will come out without homeowner permission. I have a handyman working on it now and he thinks the landlord should pay to install a whole new hvac unit.
It's 11pm and all the stores closed so can't go out and buy space heaters. I'm huddled next to my 1 tiny desktop space heater and running all my water at a trickle so pipes don't freeze.
