HOUSEKEEPING UPDATE

Happy Friday! If you celebrate Thanksgiving, we hope you had an amazing day, and didn’t get too wine drunk dancing around the kitchen. If you don’t, we still hope you had an amazing day with all the good vibes. 

Due to the holiday yesterday, we were pretty silent around here, but I’ll be working on updating all of our pages and cleaning things up this morning. This includes: posting new character follows, answering questions, posting our unfollow list, sending OOC links, updating the masterlist, occupations, and residents pages on our main. 

And speaking of our main, you might notice it received a little revamp last night! We hope you love it as much as we do! If you have any questions, comments, concerns, etc shoot us a message!

Today has been a day, and a lot crazier than I anticipated. I apologize for not being able to get on and make an announcement sooner! Acceptances will be taking places in just a few moments, and due to the delay in responding to messages, will be rolling until I go to bed tonight. As I work my way through returning IMs, messages, and anons please be patient, and if you’ve been waiting on me to send in that app, go for it!

GOOD MORNING, FRIENDS!

Just wanted to pop on and post a few housekeeping announcements. First things first, we welcomed several new characters to the group yesterday evening, so please take the time to reach out and make everyone feel at home! With the end of yesterday, our first event has concluded and you are now free to post non-event related starters and threads! This doesn’t mean that you can’t continue current threads, but please do not start any new event threads. 

The admin team will be releasing more announcements today, as they come together. The first will be North Roxton’s first developmental task, and the second will be in regards to the town of North Roxton itself and hopefully give you some ideas for plots and whatnot.

And finally, the admin team has decided to open a Discord Server for any member who is interested in joining. Please keep in mind that this is 100% optional. We were hesistant on this issue, but we really love the sense of community a server helps facilitate, and to be honest, it makes plotting way easier. That being said, if you want to join the group discord, we will drop a link into our OOC blog.

HAPPY ACCEPTANCE DAY!

Our first round of acceptances will take place in roughly an hour at 4:30pm est. After acceptances are posted, you are free to send in accounts, post character introductions, and start plotting with other members. We will open for interactions around 7:30pm est with a kick-off event. We can wait to get started! For those interested in applying, get those apps in, but don’t stress. If you’re hard-pressed for time, we’ll be doing rolling acceptances throughout the evening.

Good evening from the east coast! I’m popping on to drop some good news on you while I take a break from homework. Ace, Knox, and I have talked it over and we’ve decided to go ahead and set an opening date for the group! Our first acceptance will take place on Tuesday, November 19th. As we approach our first acceptances and take note of applicants’ timezones, we’ll release an official time announcement. Until then, we can’t wait to see what characters will be joining us in North Roxton, so get your apps in!
