Friday....our annual birthday bash for The Boy Who Lived returns!

We'll have costume contests (with prizes!) wands, the Sorting Hat, scavenger hunts, divination, temporary tattoos, and more! Make plans to join us from 2pm-4pm for all of the free festivities!

We promised you full details and you've got 'em!

We're so excited to announce that we're welcoming the folks from the Alternative Comedy Theater (@improv_act), Color Spray Creations, (@colorspraycreations) and Haley Hodges from The Traveling Bard Studios (@dmmesquite) to the Smith Public Library for the very first time! All are DFW-area locals and we're so happy to be able to support and partner with local businesses. And speaking of, please give a warm SPL welcome back to Panaderia la Esperanza (@panaderiawylie), who will be providing snacks and drinks all day for purchase at the event!

Event itinerary will be made available closer to the event, but please expect family and tween/teen events to take place earlier in the afternoon and other programs to be scheduled for the evening. Games will be suitable for most ages and will run all day. However, we cannot guarantee space at a table at any given time.
