3 days off training and my normal diet and managed to drop some body fat through pack marching two little ones around Sydney from dawn until dusk for the last 3 days. Everything is a potential workout and there are many ways to skin a cat (if you pardon my pun). Don't get stuck in your ways and if you can't do your normal training there is ALWAYS another way to keep progressing! Health and fitness is a lifestyle not a chore.
