Koku was back at it again. Violin work has been much slower than usual, so it gave him more time to find new kills. Today wasn’t a murder for this person, though. Koku needed a strong understanding of what his life was like. So, in disguise, he began to quietly watch his soon-to-be victim.
Everything seemed normal, but he knew he could find something to justify his murder—people who haunt the same dark places as him aren’t usually trustworthy. So, patiently, he waited for a slip-up from the nameless stranger.
