If you thought I didn't work out today, you'd be WRONG 😂 Got it in earlier today. I could've used heavier weights with these workouts, but it was a lot of slower reps & a lot of them put together. Along with working the same areas with different exercises. My arms were like jello by the time I was finished. As I mentioned earlier this week, my health & new medication has been making me feel fugly. For this reason, I've decided to make sure that I get my workout in first thing. Since I'm dealing with disruption that effects my moods, I need to make sure that I am consistent. If I put it off to later in the day, my medication is going to make me sluggish & then I'll talk myself out of my workout. I don't need that bullshiz! If you're the type who gives tons of excuses, make sure to schedule your workouts right when you get up. Get it out of the way & make yourself proud.
