A little chart I made to keep track of some of my characters. I've covered up the key. If any one remembers this by the time I actually restart the comic and this all becomes relevant, I'll, idk, draw you in as a character
Fuck it OC fitness head cannons for Guilt Dreams because this won't leave my head for some reason and I barely talk about them, so you all get a giant lore dump about the main four
All of them will be cut up into a few categories, including running speed, endurance, flexibility, strength, and maybe some extra things. I did this because defying one character as 'super in shape' and one as 'not super in shape' without any more explanation wasn't really helpful for me/ not what I want to talk about right now. Also, Izzie and Teddi are both fat. This is unrelated to their athletic abilities
Izzie:
Running and Endurance: very fast but surprisingly short, lol. They can run fast, but only in short bursts before he gets tired and wants to stop. In the comic canonically, there's a bit where we see Izzie run out of their apartment, down ~2 flights of stairs, and across a small parking lot in under like, 10 minutes... But she's utterly out of breath afterwards. I plan to have a few more moments like these because I find them very relatable/similar to my own body
Flexibility: pretty bendy! They take great pride in being able to do things like randomly place their hands on the ground without bending their knees or doing the splits, so they make sure to practice stretching often. They do yoga and try to make a routine of it every day or, if they're too busy, at least every weekend.
Strength: also decent! Again, due to endurance, he can't really carry anything for very *long*, but working in the bakery and occasionally having to lift large bags of flour makes them a little buff! They're very proud of what little muscles they have, it makes her feel very gender euphoric! 😊
Extra: Izzie also has really good grip strength out of nowhere! This is because he once saw a tiktok of a woman twisting an apple in half with her bare hands, and got so inspired they then bought one of those hand squeezy things and just trained in it whenever studying or reading
BONUS: CAN THEY PICK UP THEIR PARTNER(S)?
yes, Jaycob and Azaz, for a short while! He can not lift Teddi but this is because No One Can Lift Teddi. Even if it was possible, she would not allow this to happen.
Jaycob:
Slightly spoilery disclaimer in case anyone actually does care about the comic/I ever finish it, but Jaycob can use magic. So, hypothetically, all of this is irrelevant, because he can just put on a spell that makes him super fast/strong/flexible or whatever. But, he can't do that 24/7, so let's look at his skill set underneath the spells:
Running: he's the fastest out of anyone in the group! He actually has a gym membership (when he can afford it), and the treadmill is by far his favorite. He puts on his favorite albums/zombie noises and daydreams that he's running from the cops
Endurance: also decent! He enjoys taking long walks around the city he lives in and kinda just exploring, going down random streets and seeing where he ends up/how long it takes for him to get home. He can do this for quite a while, and sometimes is gone for several hours.
(Sometimes he has this daydream of just picking a direction and seeing how long he can walk without worrying about getting back home, and never coming back.
...he wouldn't really do that, though.)
This is also annoying because Izzie and Azaz do not want to go on these talks with him (well Izzie *wants* to, but he can only last like 20 minutes and he just wants to look at trees the whole time when Jaycob needs to GO). They get tired too easily.
Flexibility: alright! He stretches when he remembers to, and can also touch his toes/do weird stuff with his back. He can do a bridge pose and walk around like that, much to Azaz's displeasure (they find it creepy as fuck). He wants to eventually get flexible enough to do that thing clowns do where they can fold in half and sit on their own heads
Strength: no! Haha, very little! His upper body strength is ok since he likes to climb on/over things, but past that he can't really lift anything too heavy past himself. He hates this. He wants to be stronger but isn't willing to go to the gym and lift weights without magic so everyone there is super impressed with him, so he doesn't. Also, everyone else knows that thing you're supposed to do where you lift with your knees instead of your spine when lifting something strenuous, but he refuses to do this much to the annoyance of everyone around him. He's going to fuck up his spine one of these days, and no one will be surprised ❤️
BONUS: CAN THEY PICK UP THEIR PARTNER(S)?
He can pick up Azaz for a little bit, and Izzie for shorter. He likes spinning around with Izzie and picking them up like that for a few seconds, it's very cute
Azaz:
Speed: slow and hates running with a passion
Endurance: equal to and/or worse than Izzie's, starts wheezing after too much activity (also, smokes. Bad for lungs. Hates it)
Flexibility: ok. They stretch whenever they remember to/are bored, and touch their toes, but that's about it. They get self conscious trying to do more, even when alone
Strength: the worst out of anyone here. Can pick up some heavy groceries, but don't ask them to do more
...they have a very sedentary lifestyle in front of their computer and don't really enjoy... Moving, much. At all. It's a little unhealthy and they often get embarrassed if they have to hurry anywhere and can't do it very fast. They want to be more flexible for the #sexypoints but they don't really have much motivation to, until they meet Izzie, and she starts inviting them to her yoga routines. They go about a third of the time. This helps slightly.
BONUS: CAN THEY PICK UP THEIR PARTNER(S)?
...they can try their hardest, lol. They might be able to handle Jaycob because he's an absolute twig of a man, but not Izzie. That would result in much effort spent with no practical results. Izzie would tell them they did a very good job, however. 😥
Teddi:
Disclaimer: She also has weird stuff that vaguely affects her physical form, but it's ignorable enough except a few things here and there.
Speed: not super good. She can run for a long time but not a very fast one, but in her opinion, Shell never be in a situation that requires running as fast as Izzie can, so she doesn't really care
Endurance: unnaturally high, seems to never run out of energy. doesn't know why yet.
Flexibility: no thanks. Bones and joints creep her out. She doesn't want to think about training herself to bend even more than those joints are "supposed" to. The only one in the group that can't touch her toes.
Strength: the highest here! Consider a large bag of flour, maybe 50 pounds. Izzie can hold it for about 5-10 minutes before putting it down. Teddi can hold two, in both arms, indefinitely 😁. Everyone thinks it's super cool
BONUS: CAN THEY PICK UP THEIR PARTNER(S)?
Yes. Hypothetically, all at once, although she's never tried. That might be harder. It would take a lot of time before she would try to pick up Azaz, however. They're already creeped out by the fact that once Teddi shows up, Azaz is no longer The Tallest in the group, and picking them up would probably only make them feel worse. Maybe once they know each other for a few years.
Bonus: Nossy, the dog!
Is a dog. Doesn't really apply to most of these measurements of fitness because she is a dog. I guess speed? She can run an unnatural, magic dog amount of fast. Yeah.
