Legit wish I could write while walking around r/n. My butt hurts.

As you may have noticed, posting's a bit slow lately. This is due to a simple reason: the approaching holidays have my schedule jam-packed like a turkey in a microwave.

Probably gonna be more present again once the big holidays/the turn of the year has passed, but for the time being, I'm gonna post sporadically/randomly toss some stuff into the queue. I've got some unfortunate asks/submissions that have been chilling in my inbox for just a bit too long and are begging to be answered.

So, just as an fyi! I'm not dead, gone, or disinterested, I just have a lot on my plate.

💋: First kiss fics. Love em or hate em?

I think first kiss fics can be really cute. I admit I've only read a handful, though. Is it just me or have they become rarer over the years?

🛒: What are some common things you incorporate in your fics? Themes, feels, scenes, imagery, etc.

Ohhhh right for the big one, huh? Let me think. Looking back on the stuff I have and haven't published, self-discovery seems to be a running theme. And letting go of unhealthy habits or attachments, lol. I also have a tendency to get reeeaaally gooey-mushy with romance, or so it feels to me. Two funny things I've recently noticed is that I 1. have an affinity for writing scenes taking place in bathrooms and that 2. I am incapable of not describing the food in detail when characters in my stories are eating. And there's a lot of imagery I like, but recently (also due to the characters I've been writing) mirrors, glass comparisons, and plant metaphors have come up a lot, haha. That's all I can really think of, but I'm sure there's more...
