Feeling better because I studied some more, and was able to finally get somewhat of a grasp on one of my classes (thank you TA with a recitation that was so confusing that it made me snap at 2 am. deceivingly simple before you squint a bit and see “this doesn’t make any sense.” made my night a nightmare (sigh, I don’t want to blame the TA. She’s trying her best. Just frustrating sometimes.))

Anyways, I went back to look at all the storyboards and lineart that I’ve made for later pages of episode 2 (not completed yet), and HNGHHHHHH I MISS SPIRIT’S WORLD. I WANT TO MAKE MORE. AFTER EXAMS I WANNA MAKE MORE PAGESSSS.

I’ve convinced myself a couple of weeks (or months, tbh) that I thought episode 2 was perhaps not as good as I previously thought, and was very boring. It’s a lot of talking and meandering. Not action packed. Buuuuut I just read through it again with fresh eyes and...I freaking love this episode. It’s dumb af, and I just think it’s fun.

COME ON. (this is a SMALL GLIMPSE AT THE CHAOS THAT IS ANGEL. Also Angel’s design changed slightly by actually sporting a body, so sometimes you can see their little abdomen underneath their clothes instead of a vast expanse of emptiness. Both funny. Both have funny implications. I want Angel to be more buggy though.)

dream that there was a huge storm and a bear managed to find its way up onto our porch and it was trying to get in the door and like followed me from room to room and stuff. at some point it started looking like a person which made it worse? I was about to close the blinds on it and hope it lost interest when I realized it was my brother? and he was here to excitedly tell me some good news about some job or school thing? and then matt scolded him for rubbing it in my face or something??? awful. super awful. the whole thing.
