(So I was on @occasionallyarcanine‘s stream last night and I ended up drawing this and spending all day debating on how to color it.

I promise I’m not dead and neither is Charizard, we just had some real life cat problems that happened all at once and it was a huge mess. Now that life is settling down maybe I can finish some things to dump here again because hot dang, I miss drawing my big old fire dragon. In the meantime, please accept this artistically-talented bearded dragon who is a certified Good Boy and who deserves all of your hugs.)

Sorry I haven't posted today; I've been busy getting the actual Charizard ready to migrate to Alola! Recreated faithfully from my 1998 Red cartridge that died, he's finally ready to become a tourist and hit the beach after eighteen long years in limbo and a few months waiting in the VC version! :D (I can't wait to draw him in a ridiculous sun hat.)

Hot dang, I’m back on my computer and it’s the weirdest feeling to be drawing Charizard with a mouse and Paint again but it looks so much better.

This is just a small heads up that some digital and possibly colored Charizard might be popping up here and there. :D

(It’s still easier and faster to pump out pencil sketches, so I doubt those’ll stop, but I do like the satisfaction of finishing a colored one every now and then.)

I'm very sorry for late Charizards! I'm hoping to set some time aside tonight to draw three or four to catch up and post in a little bunch. :D

#not charizard #I have a sleeping disorder that causes my schedule to go around the clock #that paired with some really bad allergies #and the past few days have been a blur of sleeping and sinus problems #I really need to get a buffer so I can be prepared for these things!

I'm really liking some of the ideas in the inbox right now. No more publishing (on Silph Co., at least ;3) until tomorrow, but damn. All three Darkrai requests are super good ideas, among many other good ones.

Also, we will be having another theme day in the near future. There are a couple Pokemon who have shown up in three different requests, but one has seven.
