Make every planet have different artstyles, like in spiderverse's different dimensions

Every shard influences the people it has power over differently

And you can see what planet worldhoppers are from, but this doesn't affect the plot

I know there's no way to have spren irl to help with conveying emotions, but i feel like normalizing rhythms that convey emotions is better than the weird face scrunching thing humans do.

It's also better than tone, because shifts in pitch are relative to a person's baseline but rhythms are not. Plus, the shifts in pitch aren't even consistent, a person could trail the end of their sentences up two different times by the same interval and probably have it imply extremely different things.
