My main sites, where I get second hand stuff is Mandarake and Suruga-ya. I mainly use the jnp versions with a proxy, but the eng versions aren't to bad, but have a far more limited stock.
Suru is nice as it has a massive selection and you can find some really old stuff. But as its second-hand its all up to luck if you're looking for something. Mandarake can have some hard to find stuff, but you can end up paying a lot sometimes Mega Man books for over 5000 yen
For first hand I mainly use Toranoana, BOOTH and sometimes Alice Books. All 3 need proxys but I think sometimes Alice will offer over seas shipping, but I've never used it.
Booth and Toranoana can sometimes share listings with Booth being cheaper as its more of a direct from source site so you can sometimes get bonuses from the artist so that's nice lol
