Ok, I’m starting a silly little tag game out of curiosity. What are your New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day traditions?

Every New Year’s Eve my family eats a ton of appetizers and stays up playing board games until midnight to ring in the new year. On New Year’s Day, we have black eyed peas for dinner because it’s said to bring good luck! :)

TW because my sister is married to a weird ass guy, idk what to call it.

Sorry for the heavy topics, but I feel like nobody in my family takes me seriously.

I have two older sisters, one is married, one isn't. The unmarried one lives with us. We'll call her Hannah, and the other is Mandy. Mandy is married to a guy we shall call Brandon. Mandy and Brandon are here all the time. The problem is I can not stand Brandon. He's just straight up weird towards me, and they all completely disregard it despite having seen it themselves. They came over for the fourth of July, and everyone was drinking, and Brandon came in wrecked. I was on the couch, and he draped his arms around me. Then later he liked, caressed my hair for some reason. And then he was talking with another guy we had over about women they found attractive and he points at me and goes "I can't say she's attractive because she's underaged." WHAT?? I always thought he was creepy, and he apologized once Hannah's bf and a few others laid into him about causing a ruckus. He's coming over tonight to watch football and I just UGHDHD. It sucks, it feels like they totally disregard me, and being around him makes me physically ill, and yet I'm told to just ignore him. We'll that's kinda difficult when a man whose 30yo and 6-foot is ON TOP OF ME. Also, it's not important but when he apologized, it was in front of my altars, including Lady Artemis and Lord Ares.
