do you think it would be useful for epileptic folk to have a "universal gif/video stopper" to have more access to more things online, and gifs only activates when prompted to?
furthermore, what if there was a scanner to scan if gifs had wildly changing colors?
it would have its faults and probably falsely flag a few things, but i think you could do it with features that function like "how long does it take for the screen/this artifact to change colors" "is this artifact moving and staying the same color" "how fast is this thing moving" and "are there flickering identical frames" stuff like that
