Hi friends. I had the realization I've been hosting Jaspvid week for FIVE ENTIRE YEARS. Well, almost 5, and I'll most likely forget the actual anniversary (October) so I'll just do it now since Jaspvid week 2022 is happening soon (yes, I've decided to do it) so uh? I've decided that I'm leaving the blog.
I've been here since around season 2, and it's hard for me to leave it, but I just, can't get the enthusiasm up for this blog anymore, and it seems that it's also no enthusiasm in how y'all perceive my content. I'm not blaming y'all, it's just, become obvious that I've been beating a dead horse for a while now, and it's unfair to try to cling to life when it's obviously not there.
It's been a fun 3+ years. Be kind to each other.
I'm positive mod Jasper will be ok. Be kind to them too.
Hi! I saw your tags about surfer boy- the tether or leash is for when you wipeout you don't get separated from your board, saving you from having to swim all the way to shore instead of riding a wave back inland. I don't know if they're all like this but Jasper's leash is stretchy, so it wouldn't be too harsh of a yank if he's going one way and his board the other.
Oh! That makes sense. That sounds a lot safer and better than I was making it out to be, I was only thinking of the major bonk one might recieve from it, but I guess the rope wouldn't be that long.
