Also, an important sidenote: I will never include shipping costs in my price guides. If I give you a quote, it is for the furby alone. With this in mind, I suggest that if you live in the states, and your seller does as well, (I do, so my knowledge in shipping prices overseas will go unmentioned) shipping should cost no more than 10-13 dollars. If your seller tries to sell you a furby in a padded envelope, it is your responsibility to be aware that that furby will likely not survive the journey. Furbys are not plush, they are hard and clunky, and WILL get damaged. It is worth the extra 3-5 dollars to ship is appropriately, but as I stated before, it should, overall, not cost you more than 10. If a seller is charging more, it doesn’t hurt to ask them to go down. If they won’t go down, and they’re trying to charge you 20 bucks for your furby’s shipment, it is not worth it. There can be exceptions to this, such as your furby costing you 5 dollars but the shipping going for 17. You can decide then if you think the overall value of your furby is worth the 10 dollars they are actually charging you. But if it is not, then take a break, and think about what you’re spending.
