Bendy is gold in a tarnished way—the way in which you can take a guess at what the color and shine used to be, but you’ll never really know. Even if you restore it, it will never be the same as it was before.
Boris is green in the same way a foggy pine forest is green. Mysterious and plenty intimidating, but comfort comes with understanding, and understanding comes with time. So take a nice little hike, won’t you?
Cuphead is a dark red that falls somewhere between blood and cranberry. Hard to tell what he’s about without a reference nearby; the sort of color that necessitates study to make sense of it.
Mugman is a muted light blue, like a faded baby blanket. A well-loved color, at least at first. But what do you see it on other than objects that will be cherished for just a few years before being left to collect dust? So much potential, but so little time to do anything with it. A little sad, don’t you think?
Shelly is a vibrant sunset orange, like a sunburst in the dark. You might feel compelled to shut your eyes or turn away at the sight of it. It’s only natural, I suppose—doesn’t the light blind you after spending a lot of time in the dark? But don’t scorn it for too long; this orange is a lonely color despite its brightness. Or perhaps because of it; it may not appeal to everyone.
