Hello simblr community... I’ve never posted a build before but I spent wayy too long renovating this and kinda like how it turned out so here it is! Originally just wanted to redecorate the wedding spot for my nsb household and then suddenly (two days later) I had just redone the whole lot. Now it can function as something of a community center. Two buildings, one featuring a full kitchen, small indoor garden area, community art studio, public bathrooms, several places to hang out and a room for a knitting club! The other building is a science-dedicated skill-building area, since those are hard to come by usually.

Activities for kids

Redone landscaping + more trees + cool fountains (imo)

It’s a LOT messier than this, and there’s no way I’d be able to incorporate this into a build of my actual house because Sims said fuck Cape Cod houses even though Brindleton Bay is obviously based on a New England town
