can everyone go wish @thatfluffymuffin a happy birthday, please? 🥺 theyre a wonderful friend of mine who's 24 today 🎉
Normalize using phobia tags.
tagging phobias is more effective than typing out 100 versions of "tw" "cw" "spider" "spiders" or worse, adding a "/" in beginning, middle, or end of the tag, which is almost impossible to tell how a blog will tag it so youre not jumpscared.
Also, filtering "spiders" completely takes out funny posts like "spiders georg" which possibly wouldnt harm them. But also! Sometimes just seeing the word "spiders" is enough to trigger someone.
i.e. "arachnophobia" is clear, and a catch-all for anyone who doesn't want to see their phobia accidentally because they didnt have the specific tag "tw//cw//spiders//" already filtered.
I saw your vriska icon like my post
Ahhhhhhhh I didn’t post anything for Halloween so instead have this giant haverstman I found
(TW: arachnophobia I guess)
(It’s giant by european standards, ~5cm in legspan)
fun thing to do: misusing the convention of themed blogs tagging things as not-[topic] to retroactively imply everything previously on my blog has been [topic]
We will get back to this blog eventually we’ve just had a lot going on in our life for the past bit.
