I got stir crazy again and decided to walk to the new ice cream place tonight. So I texted J and his friend because they both live on the way there and I have been isolated AF. *I have never asked J's friend to do anything with me alone before* (it wasn't clear whether J was going to join or not). We've only invited each other to group things til now.

He didn't get back to me til after, but he said he'd join next time! I said ok, and he then he said to please make sure I do invite him next time, so he can try THE SAME FLAVOR I GOT

Which makes it three for three on us having the same favorite desserts.

i.b. wasn't very satisfied with his hand plane at the competition today, but he managed to win third place in his division in the competition! He won first last year, but his measurements were actually better this year.🏆

Yeah so my agent sent the offer to the seller today. so cross your fingers or toes or whatever

No word yet. It's due tomorrow, and the seller (builder/LLC) is out of town til that week.

Anyway, I was going stir crazy since I still can't do much outside bed, so I went over there to walk around the block. It's 85 degrees so everyone in the neighborhood is sitting outside and listening to reggaeton or R&B.

Behind the house, I met Miss Pebbles and Miss Linda. They were in the big "lawn" area where they have a trampoline, pool, and seating for like 15 people behind and next to the house where Miss Pebbles's family lives. They are sweet. Pebbles said they don't get up to anything bad back there, "just drinking and listening to music!"

Exactly what I want outside my house all the time?
