My wonderful friend has started a soap making business. It’s cheap af, there’s vegan soap (heck yeah) and biodegradable packaging options not to mention they’re planning on making a series of Pride soaps in the future.
If anyone is feeling a bit dirty and wants to go order some soap to help them start off right then that would be amazing :)
And if not, if anyone wants to support a truly lovely person then give this a reblog and get Kyber soaps up and running
Not me finding out years after my obsession that people ship LEGO Ninjago characters👀
I can only imagine how bad things are over there in the US,but I think it's also very unfair to blame every single cop.As someone who knows police officers I know of how stressfull their work is,how they do their best to help people and how they denounce their colleagues who do wrong to their superiors.Sadly, due to lack of evidence, witnesses or corruption, their claims can go unheard, and that's at fault and bad cops, and most of all of corrupt judges. Not all cops are bad,but all the corrupts are.
I’m from England so I too can only imagine how awful it is in the US.
I understand that you know police officers, so do I, but I stand by the fact all cops are in the wrong. I understand that there are officers who are doing what they can to protect people, that they try to fight the ‘bad cops’ but when you work within a system that protects these people and consistently see it protecting the bad cops and ignoring calls for action against valid claims from other officers of brutality and corruption you are PART of that system. You can ignore the racist cops all you want within the precinct, you can denounce them but until there is real change wearing that badge is standing with those racists.
There will be cops at those protests who are shooting rubber bullets and tear gas at protestors who are ‘good’ cops. Who joined the police to make real change but that change will not come working for a corrupt regiment and every second they continue to stand with the other officers they are protecting the people they joined the force to do better than.
if they want to really do better than need to do something different, lay down their badges, band together with the other good cops to prove that racism and corruption will not be tolerated. but they can’t, because they’d lose their jobs, so they continue to stand by and say ‘Tomorrow i will help’ and tomorrow is not good enough.
