A little over a year ago I began a project because I was fed up with all of the accumulating socks missing from the laundry, which were not the cause of the machines. This was the solution I came up with courtesy of a similar idea I found on Pinterest. (It was a newspaper decoupage with "Single, Looking For Mate" painted on it.)
