1/26/16 26/366 Weight in Tuesday! So week 3! I maintained my weight! Yay and Nay! Happy I didn't gain! So where did I fail? Not planning! I didn't bring my water or snacks and I was having shakes intermittently. So this is me easily falling back into bad habits. That's why most people fail. Doesn't matter what you do or eat or use.
