if i had to guess i'd say Hey There Delilah is the most covered song, but it's really hard to tell since this is just an alphabetical sort by title and therefore doesn't cover minor variations in title ("make a man out of you" vs "i'll make a man out of you") and all the rewrites of things like Sally’s Song are totally obscured since they’re attributed in the name to each character they’re rewritten for (Nepeta, Kanaya, etc)
