El miedo puede empezar como algo pequeño,es tan silencioso que puedes fingir que no lo oyes,pero se vuelve ruidoso,muy ruidoso y ya no puedes ignorarlos
Boy Next Door
@notastudentlighter
Jace missed his Marks. The way they had stood out, dark against his pale skin. Now, stripped of them, and miles away from New York City, there were only scars left behind, outlining where they had been.
The nearest Institue was five hours away in L.A., his stele was in his back pocket, and a small, single box of weapons was already in the attic of the house he was now moving into. Only a few knives and a single sword resided in the box, next to a certain deck of tarot cards.
The back of his neck prickled and Jace’s senses went on high alert. Someone was watching him.
He twisted around and caught the curtain of the next door neighbor’s moving. He forced himself to relax slightly. Just curious neighbors. Nothing to make a fuss over.
Madzie came up to him and he automatically picked her up, nuzzling her cheek.
The young warlock had insisted upon coming with him, and Jace couldn’t think of a reason to say no. He loved her as his daughter, he couldn’t leave her behind.
A mover set a box on the doorstep to read where it went.
“Think we can get everything unpacked tonight?” Jace asked her, hitching her higher on his hip.
Madzie thought for a moment and nodded. They only had about two dozen boxes after all. And with magic, it would be a cinch.
Chris leaned forward and his green eyes never left Tommy’s face. There was something calculating in his look. “Oh really?” He questioned dryly. “I’m not nearly as angry as I could get but good to know that just me being pissed gets this reaction out of you.” In the end, his lips curled in a lazy smirk.
@notastudentlighter
Tommy wasn’t sure if he wanted to be in the same room when Chris really got angry. Pissed off though, was certainly hot. “As long as it made you smile.” The young man winked at Chris before he stood and perched himself on the witch’s lap. “Forgive me?” He whispered softly as he looked a little sorry for not having listened to Chris’ council.
@notastudentlighter // something to kickstart the new verse
“Hey, C, it’s me, I’m coming over. You won’t believe what this woman told me this time. I’m five minutes away from your place. Unless I find a hitman on the way, then I might take a little longer. It’s serious this time. I’m ready to leave the company. Screw the contract!”
He let out a string of profanities when he ended the call and fastened his pace so he could arrive at his friend’s house rather sooner than later. Upon arriving he banged his fist against the door, another sign for his anger.
The Nephilim and The Witch
@notastudentlighter
“Hey!” Jace stood in front of the mystery brunet, messy blonde hair falling in his face. “Are you okay?” The Mortal Sword gleamed in his hand as chaos raged behind him.
Demons in human form raged against the war weary but every staunch Nephilim. Blood (not his) painted his left cheek and he was almost glowing, looking every inch the avenging angel his people had been made by.
“Are you a warlock?”
notastudentlighter liked your post “Starter Call!”
“The fact that magic is real, still blows my mind.”
He stares up at the orbs with amazement. The flashing of colors, both blue and white, are mesmerizing to the young male.
“I mean, honestly, as a Wiccan, i’ve always believed in magic but being able to see it in person.... Man, the world is missing something incredible by not believing.
notastudentlighter answered your ask “Do you think it’s broken?”
Looking up at Chris, Matt couldn’t help the scowl he sent at the younger man. “Hey!” Matt scolded, trying not to panic. Okay, it looked bad, but they could handle this, right? “I don’t need the attitude bucko! Look, we can fix it, yeah? Just uh, just start rhyming!”
