The First Day of School
Humanities teacher: *assigns everyone a three page essay about themselves and it's due tomorrow*
Me: Thank you for keeping my time occupied until 11:00pm that was very nice of you.
UGH
I just got back from my first day of school. It was wonderful since I had gone there last year for a class but I am very worried about my brother.
He happens to be going to the Middle school that I went to, which I thought was pretty fine. In 7th grade I was given permission to skip 2 grades of math, so I happened to have Algebra in the morning instead of the regular charter math that everyone else took.
There were several occasions in 7th grade, however, when I was left behind because of this and also because no one else was taking my specific class. On field trips we would always leave right after math. Unfortunately, I would not know about these short notice field trips that happen when the teacher announces it during charter math! (ie: walking to the garden, walking to the icecream parlor). So when everyone did a head-count, unfortunately the teachers HAPPENED to always forget me.
The first time that this happened was horrible. I was waiting in the English classroom (my next class) for half an hour before I decided to go to the office and ask where the heck the rest of the charter school went. I had no idea where they were nor did I know how long they were going to be gone.
Thankfully, one of the ladies at my office said she would always give a student a ride in a time of need. So she gave me a ride all throughout the city. They were at a freaking PARK. I was so ticked off but I thanked the office lady as she was extremely nice to me.
These incidents happened multiple times, I was very unhappy with my teachers. Either way, the ladies in the office always volunteered to give me a ride.
One day, my brother’s ride (my mom has to hire a caregiver to give him rides) decided not to come without notice. As a result, he was left at school for over an hour and he actually had to walk home because I and my mom weren’t at home. I am extremely mad at her, but I am also very mad at the office.
When my brother talked to me, he told me that he asked multiple times to the office that his ride was not there and he could not call his ride, and his home was only 15 minutes away. He asked them after 10 minutes, after 20 minutes, and finally after 45 minutes of waiting and waiting.
The office did not give him a ride.
Finally, after an hour of him WAITING AND WAITING, the office ladies told him to get out of the office as they were closing.
What.. the.. hell???
So he had to walk home WITH his cello and backpack, and he did not know how the heck to get back home either. Thankfully, it only took him nearly 2 long hours to get back home. It was 90 degrees (F) outside and he was dehydrated by the time he arrived home. My mom just arrived home right now. I was not happy to see my brother (who’s 11, by the way) come back in such a horrible shape.

I’m really tired and I don’t have a lot of time but I would just like to add that the only reason why Salamanca doesn’t have a mate is because she is aromantic and asexual and she does not want a relationship at all.

I really hate to do this, but for now I’m going to be on semi-hiatus until I can actually manage to find time for Clanheart in my schedule.
For those of you who don’t know, I’m part time harpist. I play at the hospital closest to my house. It takes a lot of time and work to practice the pieces that I have to play. On top of the 3 orchestras that I am involved in and that, I also will have a lot of school work when school starts. There is absolutely no room in my schedule for study time and I am involved in many clubs related to music and robotics.
Of course I’m going to be around for the KS, but expect a huge drop in activity. I will be around every day for a slim amount of time in the morning (about 15 minutes) to check clanheart’s status and check the clanheart tag.
