Weekend Recap Part Deux (Sunday): So there we are in a room draped with white lights and chiffon; beautiful art work by @dannybroadway adorns the backdrop, and the runway is set. The air of anticipation fills the room as the sweet scent of something sugary fills the air. Little do we know, as of yet, that sweet aroma is the display of cupcakes by @thecupcakecollection that helps add to the ambiance. Then the show begins.... The joyous sound of a viola, played by NN model @francesca.desir, softly fills the room with a delightful feeling of etiquette & sophistication. The models take the runway wearing the very elegant pieces by @mcclain.gayle creator of Good Measure, to the exquisite voice of 14-year-old aspiring model, Talitha Fish. Gayle's stunning vintage pieces gave the audience a feel of old Hollywood glamour that had onlookers in awe. After a brief intermission to allow the audience time to mingle over refreshments, Theresa Carl, with book in hand, shares information on the featured non-profit, @tnimagination. Then as if with pomp and circumstance, to the celestial sounds of @harpthrob one by one the models parade down the runway, to everyone's delight, wearing the derby couture and millinery of @alainpatterson Couture. Such sophistication and artistry in each haute couture piece that gave way to imagery of @tnsteeplechase, @kentuckyderby and grand ballrooms. Moments before the finale, Ballerina Bridget Perry, gracefully danced along the runway to transition into the couture gowns of @karenhendrixcouture. With long flowing gowns from Karen's collection and short numbers from her "Perfect Little Dress Collection," Karen's exquisitely detailed designs, wowed the crowd as vocal performer @steelrailsandheartlines wooed us with classic love songs. This was a night of pure beauty! A HUGE THANK YOU to Prema at @thenfi for providing the space and allowing us to transform it into a vision of beauty. Opening night at Noteably Nashville was HOT! Don't miss Night 2, 7pm at @abrasiveMedia tonight! #Repost @noteably_nashville with @repostapp ・・・ Elegant lingerie, by @sydneyduncanco opened the Noteably Nashville's fashion event that still has the viewers talking. With Iron Vessel jamming to melodic tunes that made it seem like the models were walking on air, Sydney Duncan's line featured exquisitely detailed pieces that any woman would love to wear in the boudoir. Next, jazz music from saxophonist Roz Malone set the cool jazzy stage for the show of ready-to-wear and formal wear fashions from Kris'Ta Collection. With a show stopping showcase to the soulful sounds of Miss Maya Lake, Sew Savoir-faire by @sewsavvy7's exquisite ready-to-wear and formal wear brought it home for the onlookers who could see themselves adorned by her looks at a fashion gala, awards show, or any fashionable event! And to really tie in the look of the night each model's faces were beautifully adorned by Faces by KLM studio of makeup design @kathymoberly as they gracefully #rocktherunway showcasing the designers' collections with visual art as the backdrop by Stephanie Pruitt Gaines from her "A Handful of Possibles" Collection.
